Murray Supply held a retirement dinner in honor of Tom Gribble and George Dorsey at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Charlotte, North Carolina, on June 12th 2007. The sales associates from the Charlotte branch and the corporate office, along with members of Tom Gribble and George Dorsey’s family attended the event.

Tom Gribble worked at Murray Supply Company for 31 years and he began his career in the receiving department. Gribble also served in a number of other positions including the billing department and counter sales. 

George Dorsey served as the purchasing agent at the Charlotte branch for 17 years. Dorsey has decided to continue working part-time, instead of taking full retirement. The company is fortunate to use Honeycutt’s experience in areas of purchasing to educate new employees. 

Murray Supply Company is a family owned and operated company that is based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The company is engaged in the wholesale distribution of residential and commercial plumbing products, industrial and commercial piping as well as kitchen and bath fixtures. Murray Supply Company serves their customers from five branch location and two showrooms in North Carolina.
